With the promotion of the central ecological and environmental protection supervision, all localities focused on the key and difficult points of supervision and rectification, and effectively solved the outstanding ecological and environmental problems around a large number of people. At the same time, we should also see that there are still some outstanding difficulties and problems in promoting supervision and rectification.

Some local Party committees, governments and relevant departments have not carried out the "party and government responsibilities" and "two responsibilities for one post" in ecological environment protection, and have not grasped the rectification with real tools. Some of them read the "drag" formula, fearing difficulties and passively dealing with the problems left over by history, and have the phenomenon of waiting, relying and expecting. Some still think that the supervision is a "gust of wind", and they are not firm in implementing the rectification and reform, and they are discounting.

During the on-site inspection, it was found that some localities and departments did not really pay attention to the rectification problems, the rectification work standards were not high, the inspection was not strict, and there were also false "cancellation" problems. Some localities delayed, delayed or refused to build the environmental protection projects promised in the rectification plan for various reasons, resulting in the obvious lag of the rectification progress.

In order to avoid the problems found by the inspectors, such as incomplete rectification, superficial rectification and fake rectification, we must take strong measures and make accurate efforts to promote the supervision and rectification work, which is the more important "second half of the article". Combining with the practice, the author thinks that we should grasp the following links well

First, improve the station position and grasp the rectification. It is a political task that must be firmly completed to do a good job of supervision and rectification. Party committees and governments at all levels and relevant departments must improve their political standing and further enhance their political, ideological and action consciousness in the process of supervision and rectification. We should adhere to high-level promotion, take a more realistic attitude, take practical and effective measures, and carry out the work one by one.

Second, strengthen supervision and reform. We should carefully sort out the key and difficult problems facing the risk of overdue completion, grasp the time sequence, implement policies according to the case, and assign special personnel to deal with them. Carry out project-based promotion, account management and Inventory Scheduling, and do not let go of rectification and rectification, and do not let go of problems that are not cleared to zero. If there is a risk of overdue completion, early warning supervision and on-site supervision shall be strengthened; if there is any false rectification or perfunctory rectification, it shall be corrected in a timely manner, and the accountability shall be seriously pursued in accordance with laws and regulations.

Third, we should focus on Rectification Based on the normal situation. We should adhere to the problem orientation, draw inferences from one instance, solve the specific problems pointed out by the inspectors, and pay attention to overall promotion. We should further improve the scientificity of the rectification, resolutely prevent the simple, crude and perfunctory measures of "shutting down all units" and "stopping first and then", and resolutely rectify the problems of inaction in peacetime and "one size fits all" in case of emergency.

Fourth, we should work together to improve. Most of the problems in the task of supervision and rectification have complicated causes, involving many departments and units, which need overall planning by Party committees and governments at all levels. Consciously strengthen the awareness of "party and government responsibility" and "one post and two responsibilities" in ecological environment protection, gradually compact the responsibility and transmit pressure layer by layer, so as to form a large pattern of supervision and rectification work with joint management and positive interaction.
